Why there are no pics...

I can't seem to figure out how to put pictures on here because I have a mac and it doesn't seem compatible with the picture loading thinging. If anyone knows how to fix this problem I would be very appreciative. Well, I am fucking tired and I have to open my store in the morning. Maybe I'll feel up to writing a real post tomorrow. Believe me there is a lot more than this on my mind right now. Fucking men.

you can use imageshak and html to do the same thing, or ditch the mac and get a good PC :).

barring that, here is how you use imageshak.

1. go to http://www.imageshack.us/
2. click the 'browse' button
3. navigate through your 'mac' until you find the picture you wish to put on the internet.
4. click the 'open' button.
5. click the 'host it' button on the webpage.
6. Imageshak will then upload your picture, know that there is a 1mb upload limit, so if your picture is too big it won't let you put it up there.
7. When the upload is complete, a new page will load. On that page you will see a number of different fields, each one will contain what looks like a long website address. You want to find the field that says 'direct link' next to it.
8. Copy all the text in the 'direct link' field.
9. Now go to blogger and write your post, when you get to the point where you wish to insert the picture , type in the following:

< img src=

(this is html for image source equals)

10. Now you need to paste the text you copied from the imageshak website and put quotes ( " ) arround it.

It will look something like this:

< img src="http://...."

11. at the end of the text you copied put this:

">

12. so the whole thing should look something like:

< img src="http://..." >

once you have done that, you are all set and when you publish your post the picture will show up.

one last note: on all my html examples, I had to put an extra space in there so it would show up properly in the comments. You need to put the < and > signs right next to the img and " respectively, otherwise it won't work

(<[no space]img src="[url from imageshak]"[no space]>) <-- Make sense?

hope that helps!
