I have two years clean and sober today! The time has certainly flown by. I'll probably post more about it later, got other stuff to do at the moment.

Throughout my life, some of my friends have done a thing or two that have made me proud of them, but I can't think of anyone who's made me more proud than you have.

It's amazing how much more enjoyable life is when we're not drunk, or stoned, or doped up, or even fidgity on a caffeine high (everything, especially our friends, smell better when we've stopped smoking). Mind feels better, body feels hella better. We can wake up on a Sunday morning, look out into the bright sunlight, and not feel inclined to hope a plane crashes through the window to end the horrible pain in our heads.

You're richer because of it, you know. Financially, as well (that shit's expensive).

Sorry I haven't called you back, I injured my back at work and spent most of Friday at the doctor's office and the rest of the weekend half knocked out on a mild muscle relaxant (that I am taking as prescribed at night only).
